Yes. Our in-stock samples are free, customers just need to cover the freight cost.

Can we do printing on the bottles?

Yes, we can. Please provide AI, CDR vector graphics format to us.

How do you control the quality?

We have a professional team for quality control. Doing 100% inspection during production.

What surface finish are available?

Spray Painting, UV Coating, Frosted finish and so forth.

What is the normal lead time?

A. For stock products, 5-7 days

B. For mass production, lead time is about 30-35 days

What is your shipping terms?

A. For samples or trial order, FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS can be provided.

B. For larger order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirements.We will try to help you choose a best way depending different order conditions.

T ordered a platform bed. Do I need a box spring?

Yes. Bernhardt does not make true platform beds, so you will need a mattress and box spring.

How does the touch dimmer work in my china cabinet?

Your touch dimmer is located either in a metal touch button or the hinge of your item. It has three settings to maximize your dimming capabilities. The first touch is low level lighting, the second touch is medium, and the third touch is the highest setting.
